Maintain Records :Keep accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in a database, and document call details. Follow Up :Conduct follow-up calls with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive further sales or engagement. Meet Targets :Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and other performance goals. Conduct Surveys :Gather information from the market or customers to understand needs and trends. Required Skills and Qualifications Communication Skills :Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively and professionally with customers. Persuasion :The ability to convince customers and overcome objections to drive interest and sales. Patience :A calm and composed demeanor when dealing with potentially difficult customers or high call volumes.
