📌 Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process – Female Candidates Only) 📍 Location: Jia Sarai,Hauz Khas Near IIT Delhi 💼 Job Type: Full-time 🕒 Experience: Fresher 💻 Industry: Travel / Hospitality / BPO / Customer Service ✨ Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls regarding travel bookings, queries, and general support. Provide clear and polite communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Record customer details and update internal systems accurately. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Maintain professionalism and follow call centre etiquette. Ensure timely follow-ups and closures of open queries. 👩‍💼 Eligibility Criteria: Female candidates only. Freshers welcome; training will be provided. Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English. Basic knowledge of computer operations.
