Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team and support our B2B website promotion efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses to introduce and promote our website and services. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from provided leads or databases. Explain the benefits and features of our B2B website and digital services. Generate interest and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets. Follow up on interested leads and ensure timely responses to client queries. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals. Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve future campaigns. Requirements:Good communication skills in English and regional languages. Confident and polite telephone etiquette. Basic computer skills – familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, or Google Sheets. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B marketing is a plus. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Benefits:Fixed salary + incentives/commissions based on performance.
