Job Description:

We are hiring motivated Telecallers for a reputed Insurance Company.
The role involves connecting with customers over the phone, promoting insurance products, explaining benefits, and helping customers choose suitable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain health, motor, and other general insurance products.
• Generate and follow up on leads for new and renewal policies.
• Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly sales or lead targets.
• Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
