Telecaller Fresher

The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students/customers, explaining our services, and generating leads. This role is open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience, and freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.  Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to prospective leads, students, and customers.  Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.  Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.  Maintain a database of customer calls and follow-ups.  Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and lead conversion.  Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.  Requirements:  Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).  Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.  Basic computer knowledge MS Office.  Confidence, persuasion skills, and a positive attitude.  Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated in a target-driven role.  What We Offer:  Fixed salary with incentives/bonuses for performance.  Training and mentorship to enhance communication and sales skills.  Career growth opportunities in sales, counselling, and management roles.  Exposure to a fast-growing IT & EdTech company environment.  Supportive team culture with recognition for performance.  Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (as per performance and company policy).  Internship: ₹3,000- ₹5,000 / month or as per company policy
