Job Role & Responsibilities:We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can manage inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers who have enrolled, and guide them through our resume improvement plans. Key Responsibilities: Call customers who have enrolled for ₹---- and received our initial email. Collect details such as their experience level, resume quality, and feedback. Explain the benefits of our resume upgradation services (₹-------). Convince customers to upgrade for a more professional and impactful resume. Follow up with pending customers to ensure closure and conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Requirements:Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude. Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle emails & CRM tools. Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
