We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller to join our Gulbarga team. It will be the perfect candidate s responsibility to call prospective clients, explain our offerings, and turn leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
Explain products or services clearly and effectively.
Follow up on leads and inquiries.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Confident, patient, and persuasive.
Previous experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
