Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers. Understand and assess loan requirements. Explain financial products and documentation. Handle queries and guide customers. Maintain CRM records accurately. Meet daily and monthly targets. Ensure full compliance with financial guidelines. What We're Looking For Education: 12th Pass minimum (Graduation preferred). Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, sales, or finance. Fluent English Communication (Must). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage. Target-driven and proactive attitude.
