Compensation: Up to ₹25,000/month + Lucrative Incentives

Rana Infracon is expanding its sales team and seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven Telecallers. This is a great opportunity to enter the real estate industry with hands-on learning and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our real estate projects
• Share project features and benefits confidently and clearly
• Coordinate and schedule property site visits for interested leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses
• Achieve daily/weekly outreach and engagement targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic proficiency with computers and CRM tools
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
