Job Description – BPO/Telecaller

As a BPO/Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, gather information, and address inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in our tracking system.
• Handle customer objections and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Track and report on performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales numbers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge in MS office (MS Excel and MS Word).
