About NSmedia NSmedia is a dynamic and growing company specializing in digital marketing, website development, and business promotions. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to help us connect with potential clients and grow our customer base. Role: Telecaller Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote NSmedia’s services (Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Web Development, etc.) Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, or emails Explain the services clearly and professionally to clients Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets Schedule meetings or demos with the sales team Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or Marathi) Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus Confidence in handling calls and engaging with clients Ability to work under targets and deadlines Freshers can apply (training will be provided) Perks: Friendly work environment Incentives and bonuses on performance Opportunity to grow within the company
