Telecaller (Experienced – North India Region)

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller with a minimum of 3 years of experience , preferably handling outbound and inbound calls for clients in North India . The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and regional dialects (Punjabi, Haryanvi, etc.), possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a strong understanding of customer behavior in the northern region. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads. Understand customer needs and explain the product or service appropriately. Handle inbound calls and resolve queries efficiently. Follow up with clients regularly for lead conversion and feedback. Maintain and update customer databases and call records. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing. Provide insights into customer feedback from the North Indian market. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in North Indian markets. Fluent in Hindi and at least one regional language from North India. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM software or MS Excel for call tracking and reporting. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
