▪️Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate in any discipline preferred
▪️Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling/lead generation in Renewable Energy is a strong plus
▪️Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets and Email
▪️Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, lead portals and solar CRM tools
▪️Make outbound calls to generate leads for solar rooftop or EPC projects
▪️Maintain detailed records of conversations, follow-ups and outcomes in CRM
▪️Provide after-call summaries and assist with documentation support (if needed)
▪️Strong verbal communication and ability to convince technical/non-technical clients
▪️Customer-centric, polite and confident on calls
▪️Prior experience in a solar company or technical tele-sales is a major advantage
▪️Location: Patna, Bihar
▪️Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
