Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Specialist who can connect with patients over the phone, explain services clearly, and help convert leads into appointments. Fluency in Kannada is a must, with the ability to speak at least two additional languages. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound patient inquiries via calls or messages Make outbound follow-up calls to leads, explaining services and treatment plans Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication Maintain lead and customer information Meet or exceed monthly conversion and call targets Provide empathetic and informative guidance to patients regarding their concerns Handle basic objection handling and escalate complex issues appropriately Skills & Qualifications: Basic degree in any discipline (PUC + any degree acceptable) Must be fluent in Kannada Conversational in at least two of the following: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil Confident speaking skills and polite tone Basic computer skills (MS Excel, data entry) Good attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Kathriguppe, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: Kannada (Required) English (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
