Telecaller Executive

Shift time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Mohali

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch support to customers, ensuring seamless booking/Consultant experiences and driving sales growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize booking/Consultant processes, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, negotiations, and strategic account management, upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve sales strategies.
• Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (or willingness to learn).
