Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and promote our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products or services and generate interest.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
• Follow up with leads to close sales or ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
