Job Description

Job description We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting our team by generating leads, assisting with customer inquiries, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions professionally. Responsibilities : Make Outbound Calls : Initiate contact with prospective clients, providing them with information about products/services. Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls, addressing customer queries and offering solutions where needed. Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and partners. Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and update client databases and ensure timely follow-ups. Promote Products/Services : Explain and upsell the companys offerings to clients based on their needs. Set Appointments/Meetings : Schedule meetings for the sales team or managers with potential clients. Provide Customer Support : Assist in resolving customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Maintain Reports : Keep track of calls made, customer feedback, and follow-up status using CRM tools. Meet Targets : Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help implement strategies and improve customer engagement. Requirements : Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role. Ability to build rapport with customers and address their concerns effectively. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. A goal-oriented approach with a positive attitude. Prior experience in [industry-specific] is preferred. Preferred Skills : Multilingual skills (if applicable to your region). Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. Good organizational and time-management skills.
