Civil Site Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain project progress. Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and maintain site reports, quality checks, and progress documentation. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth execution. Manage material deliveries, stock levels, and resource allocation on-site. Liaise with the design team to ensure accuracy in project execution. Conduct inspections and ensure work is done according to standard codes and quality benchmarks. Support in the preparation of daily and weekly progress reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
