Job description We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive to join our team. This role is critical to our expansion plans and involves identifying, evaluating, and acquiring suitable land and residential projects for development. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in real estate transactions, land documentation, regulatory processes, and should possess strong networking and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and source suitable land parcels for residential and commercial development in line with company requirements. Build a strong pipeline of potential lands through personal contacts, field research, and local networking. Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections with landowners. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure continuity and trust in professional relationships. Represent the company as the first point of contact for land-related discussions. Conduct basic site visits to assess accessibility and general feasibility. Share initial information with the internal team for further evaluation. Stay updated on local real estate developments, government infrastructure plans, and competitive land acquisitions. Provide input to management on upcoming land opportunities in growth corridors Pass on qualified leads to the internal legal, planning, and acquisition teams for detailed processing. Assist with setting up initial meetings between stakeholders and the company. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in land acquisition or property negotiations. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with land laws, documentation processes, and regional regulatory norms. Ability and willingness to travel frequently based on project requirements. Knowledge of local geography, language, and property markets is preferred.
