Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding education services. Explain study abroad options, courses, colleges, and admission processes. Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally. Follow up with interested students and maintain proper records. Schedule counselling appointments for senior counsellors. Maintain daily call reports and lead status. Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents. Eligibility & Skills Required:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred). Ability to convince and counsel students politely. Freshers can apply (training will be provided). Experience:0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or education counselling preferred. Salary & Benefits:Attractive salary + incentives.
