Telecaller - Edtech

• Contact potential students through outbound calls based on the provided leads/database.
• Effectively communicate course offerings, key features, and program benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Identify and understand the specific needs and aspirations of students to recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Follow up regularly with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email until successful conversion or closure.
• Accurately maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversion status in internal tracking tools or CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets for daily calls, lead conversions, and enrollments.
• Stay well-informed about all current and upcoming courses, pricing plans, offers, and company services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
