Urgent Required kindly call us for intervew Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services. Needs Analysis: Understanding customer financial needs and recommending suitable products, such as loans, credit cards, and personal accounts. Sales & Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the bank's various products, services, and campaign objectives. Record Keeping: Accurately documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Compliance: Adhering to bank policies, guidelines, and regulatory compliance while handling customer data and transactions. Collaboration: Working with other team members and departments to improve sales strategies and customer service. Essential Skills & Qualifications Sales & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a persuasive sales approach. Customer Service: A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with retail banking products, services, and the competitive banking landscape. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to use CRM software and other relevant tools. Educational Background: A graduation degree is often a requirement, with some experience in a customer service or tele-calling role preferred
