Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound collection calls to customers with pending or overdue payments. Inform customers about their outstanding debts and suggest payment solutions. Update customer records accurately after every call. Follow up regularly on previous calls and payment promises. Maintain polite, professional, and persuasive communication with customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Escalate unresolved cases to the senior collection team or legal department if necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI/Banking norms). both field and telecaller can apply
