We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Marathi, and be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. This role involves making outbound calls, explaining our services, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients and prospects. Clearly explain the company’s services/products in Marathi. Answer customer queries and resolve concerns in a polite and professional manner. Maintain a record of calls and client information in the system. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting goals.
