Telecaller & Customer Relationship Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Telecaller & Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Dindigul. This role involves engaging with prospective customers generated through WhatsApp lead campaigns, effectively presenting our project offerings, scheduling site visits, and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly contact leads generated via WhatsApp campaigns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Clearly explain project features, amenities, and benefits to prospective customers. • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and persuasion.

• Schedule and confirm site visits with interested prospects.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions, including:

• Interested customers

• Unsubscribed or not-interested contacts

• Follow-up actions and timelines

• Regularly update call status, feedback, and appointment details in Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed visits.

• Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and results.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, real estate sales, or related roles is preferred.

• Proficiency in Tamil communication (spoken and written).

• Basic computer skills for data entry and record maintenance.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.

• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,075.16 - ₹12,000.00 per month
