Sembulam Developers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo & Video Editor to capture and create engaging content for our real estate projects. This role involves visiting project sites, taking high-quality photos and short videos, editing them professionally, and delivering 2–3 social media posts and 1 edited video per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit project sites to capture high-quality photographs and short video clips.
• Edit photos and videos for social media and promotional use (reels, property showcases, progress updates, etc.).
• Create 2–3 engaging posts and 1 high-quality video per week.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for shoot planning and content direction.
• Ensure consistency in visual branding, lighting, angles, and tone.
• Submit deliverables on time each week.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in photography and video editing (portfolio/samples required).
• Access to your own camera or high-end smartphone with good resolution.
• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or mobile editing apps.
• Creativity and an eye for framing, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to travel to our project sites in and around Dindigul.(vehicle will be provide ony during office hours)
• Basic understanding of social media aesthetics (Instagram, Facebook reels, etc.).

₹8,000 – ₹9,000 per month
