Key Responsibilities: Promptly contact leads generated via WhatsApp campaigns in a professional and courteous manner. Clearly explain project features, amenities, and benefits to prospective customers. • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and persuasion. Schedule and confirm site visits with interested prospects. Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions, including: Interested customers Unsubscribed or not-interested contacts Follow-up actions and timelines Regularly update call status, feedback, and appointment details in Excel. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed visits. Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and results. Requirements: Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, real estate sales, or related roles is preferred. Proficiency in Tamil communication (spoken and written). Basic computer skills for data entry and record maintenance. Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities. Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills. This role involves visiting project sites , taking high-quality photos and short videos, editing them professionally, and delivering 2–3 social media posts and 1 edited video per week. Key Responsibilities: Visit project sites to capture high-quality photographs and short video clips . Edit photos and videos for social media and promotional use (reels, property showcases, progress updates, etc.). Create 2–3 engaging posts and 1 high-quality video per week. Coordinate with the marketing team for shoot planning and content direction. Ensure consistency in visual branding, lighting, angles, and tone. Submit deliverables on time each week.
