Telecaller cum Sales Support Executive (Solar)

About the Role

Evergreen Solar is looking for an energetic and motivated Telecaller cum Sales Support Executive to join our sales team. This role involves telecalling, lead conversion, client communication, and documentation support. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, handling documentation for their own clients, and coordinating with the sales team for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain solar products and solutions based on customer requirements and budget.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion into sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and complete client-related documentation.
• Maintain and update Sales MIS, stock records, and client databases.
• Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
• Support the procurment team with order processing, scheduling, and communication.
• Monitor the progress of client projects and share updates as required.
• Assist in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, deadlines, and reporting standards.

Key Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Duty Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: In-person (with client/site visits if required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Pay: ₹7,000.00 – ₹16,500.00

Qualifications

• Education: HS (Preferred)
• Experience:
• Total Work Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Telecalling / Sales Support: 1 year (Preferred)
• Languages: Bengali, Hindi, English (Preferred)
