Telecaller cum Office Assistant

Role Overview: As a female telecaller at our company, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing inquiries, and nurturing positive client relationships. A basic understanding of accounting and office support would be advantageous for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective real estate buyers and investors - Communicate property features and handle queries - Generate leads and maintain call logs and lead data - Assist with basic office tasks like file maintenance and record-keeping - Support in preparing bills, basic entries, and managing Excel sheets - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to coordinate client meetings and visits - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client communications Qualifications Required: - Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English - Good communication and convincing skills - Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel - Familiarity with accounting tasks preferred - Experience in real estate calling is an advantage - Punctuality, organization, and willingness to learn quickly - Full-time office-based commitment required Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The salary will be determined based on experience and interview performance, with the availability of performance bonuses. Candidates fluent in Hindi and English are preferred for this role.
