Creative Designer & SMM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Creative Designer with experience or interest in the real estate sector, who can work on graphics, video editing, and manage social media marketing. You’ll be working on daily creative content, project videos, advertisements, and digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for digital and print (brochures, posts, hoardings, banners, etc.)
• Create and edit short-form videos for social media (property walk-throughs, reels, ads)
• Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Plan and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Create marketing assets for real estate projects, events, offers, etc.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to create content strategy
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all platforms
• Basic photography/videography skills are a plus

Requirements:

• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
• Experience in social media marketing (SMM)
• Passion for real estate branding and design
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Must be able to work full-time from the office in Nashik

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary:

Based on experience and skillset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
