Telecaller cum Office Assistant (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and motivated female telecaller who can fluently speak Hindi, English, and Marathi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining a positive client relationship. Basic knowledge of accounting and office assistance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective real estate buyers and investors.
• Explain property features, answer queries, and generate leads.
• Maintain and update call logs, lead data, and follow-ups.
• Support in basic office tasks such as maintaining files, receipts, and records.
• Assist in preparing bills, basic entries, and maintaining Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing team for client meetings and visits.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in client communications.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English (must)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel
• Familiarity with accounting tasks (preferred)
• Real estate calling experience is an added advantage
• Should be punctual, organized, and a quick learner
• Willing to work from office – full time

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary:

As per experience & interview performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
