Job Title: Telecaller Location: Delhi (Okhla Phase - 1) Department: Customer Service JD :- Make outbound calls to field engineers for status update on customer complaints Closely track customer complaints resolution states Escalate complex issues to supervisors for resolution for timely resolution of complaints Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets. Maintain call logs, reports, and performance metrics.
