The Telecaller Cum Coordinator will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, coordinating with various internal teams, and handling data entry tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities:- System Design & Solution Development Interpret customer requirements, tender specifications, and functional needs to design integrated solutions. Develop system-level architectures, block diagrams, and detailed solution layouts. Prepare technical submittals including BoQs, compliance statements, and method statements. Evaluate products/vendors and recommend optimal solutions for projects. R&D and Proof of Concept Lead initial R&D activities to explore new technologies and integration approaches. Design and implement proof-of-concept (PoC) setups, demo rigs, and small-scale prototypes. Conduct interoperability testing across subsystems Document results, prepare feasibility reports, and guide teams on adoption. Technical Documentation & Coordination Develop comprehensive technical documentation: design specifications, drawings, O&M manuals, and project reports. Provide technical leadership during design reviews, customer discussions, and project execution. Support sales/pre-sales teams in responding to RFPs/RFQs with well-structured technical solutions. Liaise with vendors/OEMs for product evaluation and technical clarifications. Project & Team Collaboration Work closely with project managers, procurement, and installation/commissioning teams. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and customer requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Communication Engineering (Master’s preferred). 6–8 years of experience in electronic system design, integration, and prototyping/R&D . Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling, Networking, and IP-based systems is preferred. Strong experience in system architecture design, documentation, and solution development . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or similar design/documentation tools . Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, analyzers, test equipment) for prototype validation. Familiarity with integration protocols (TCP/IP, ONVIF, BACnet, Modbus, etc.). Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and cross-functional teams. Key Attributes Strong ownership and accountability for technical solutions. Ability to balance paper design with hands-on prototyping . Leadership and mentoring mindset.
