Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through seamless service and innovative products. Job Overview: We are looking for diligent and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Order Confirmation Executives. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that customer orders are confirmed accurately and efficiently, contributing to smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Call customers to confirm orders placed on our eCommerce platform. Verify order details, address accuracy, and payment information. Handle customer queries related to their orders with professionalism and clarity. Update the order status in the system after confirmation. Identify and resolve any issues related to unconfirmed or incorrect orders. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or order management is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus). Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with eCommerce order management systems.
