Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller cum Admission Counselor, based in Jalandhar. The responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about academic programs, and assisting with the admission process. The role also involves maintaining effective communication, addressing inquiries, and guiding applicants throughout their journey from inquiry to enrollment while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proven abilities in Customer Service to provide exceptional support to prospective students
• Experience in Sales with the ability to guide and encourage prospective students in making informed decisions
• Familiarity with the Education sector or academic programs would be an advantage
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in client interactions
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a related field is preferred
