Job Description

Key Responsibilities Handle patient inquiries via phone and provide accurate information about our fertility services. Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling and follow-ups. Maintain lead records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide excellent patient support and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Coordinate with the marketing and front office teams to increase lead conversions. Share updates on promotional offers, camps, and awareness programs with potential patients. Requirements 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller, preferably in the healthcare sector. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia. Pleasant and professional phone etiquette with a patient-friendly approach. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software. Ability to multitask, follow processes, and meet daily call/lead targets.
