Crescenta Fertility is seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote Crescenta Fertility’s services, increase brand visibility, and drive patient engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote fertility treatments and services. Conduct market research and identify opportunities to enhance patient outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners. Plan and organize health camps, seminars, and awareness programs. Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online reputation. Coordinate with creative teams for promotional materials (brochures, posters, ads). Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective patient conversion. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, or fertility clinic marketing. Strong understanding of healthcare marketing strategies and patient engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage. Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities and events.

Key Responsibilities Handle patient inquiries via phone and provide accurate information about our fertility services. Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling and follow-ups. Maintain lead records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide excellent patient support and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Coordinate with the marketing and front office teams to increase lead conversions. Share updates on promotional offers, camps, and awareness programs with potential patients. Requirements 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller, preferably in the healthcare sector. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia. Pleasant and professional phone etiquette with a patient-friendly approach. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software. Ability to multitask, follow processes, and meet daily call/lead targets.
