Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Ajmer. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to support customer service operations. Daily tasks include customer interaction, query resolution, information dissemination, and documenting call details accurately. The role also involves following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and providing feedback to improve customer service processes.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using call center software and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
