Experience: 0.6-3 years in an IT company background

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
• Pitch IT services and solutions effectively to decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently.

Requirements:

• 0.6-3 years of telecalling/BDM experience in an IT company.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Proven ability to handle client objections and close deals.
• Knowledge of IT solutions and services.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
