Location: Trivandrum Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Position (2-Month Probation Period) We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. This role is suited for individuals with excellent communication skills who are looking to grow with our company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain a positive customer experience. Update customer details in the database and keep accurate records of interactions. Meet daily and monthly targets, actively contributing to team goals. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to engage professionally. Resilient and goal-oriented mindset, with a dedication to achieving firm goals. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
