Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to potential buyers from the provided leads database. Promote residential flats and clearly explain features, pricing, and benefits to prospects. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls. Schedule site visits and follow up with interested leads to ensure maximum conversion. Accurately update CRM or lead sheet with call status, feedback, and next actions. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]. Prior experience in real estate sales or telecalling is preferred. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of using a computer, CRM tools, or spreadsheets. Performance Metrics: Minimum 200 calls/day. Site visit bookings and lead conversions.
