Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller at Baranwal Builders, located in Faridabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, promoting company services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and following up on potential leads.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and managing client relationships
Strong ability in data entry, record-keeping, and organizational tasks
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and telephone etiquette
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team environment
Openness to learning and adapting to new tools and processes
Prior experience in a telecalling or customer-facing role will be advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent educational background
