Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries effectively. Explain products/services to customers and generate interest. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up on leads and convert them. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and targets. Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with clients. Required Skills: Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer service. Good verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills in MS Office. Good listening skills and ability to understand the needs.
