Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller located in Noida. The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, and providing information about our real estate services. Other tasks include updating contact lists, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads. The TeleCaller will also assist in collecting feedback and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using telecommunication technology and CRM software
• Strong organizational and data entry skills
• Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Customer-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
