Job Description

Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking products and services.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote bank's financial products such as credit cards, insurance policies, etc.
Identify new business opportunities through telemarketing efforts and cross-sell existing products or services where necessary.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics like conversion rates, average order value (AOV), etc.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
