Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into opportunities.
  • Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with interested prospects through email, SMS, or scheduled callbacks.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 13 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle rejection positively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using scripts and following structured sales processes.
