Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Telesales professional to promote our luxury real estate projects and services to potential clients. You'll make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services

- Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and terms

- Follow up with leads and handle inquiries efficiently

- Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and update CRM systems

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates

- Address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly and professionally

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Telesales, preferably in Real Estate

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to speak a foreign language is a strong advantage (Russian, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic) (Not mandatory)

- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to handle rejections

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Package - INR 45000 - 55000/ Month + incentives
