Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Madurai for a Tele Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include generating sales through telecommunication, managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, upselling products or services as needed, and achieving defined sales targets. The Tele Sales Executive is also expected to maintain an accurate record of calls, follow-up interactions, and sales in the designated database.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with potential customers
• Proficiency in sales techniques, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer objections, identify customer needs, and provide solutions accordingly
• Experience in managing customer databases, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, achieving sales goals per targets
• Customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
