Job Description

Outbound calling and target based appoitment setting B2C in the US.Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to leads and prospects in the US market. Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers. Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Effectively handle objections and address customer inquiries in a professional and persuasive manner. Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointment setting. Accurately record call outcomes and lead information in our CRM system. Follow established scripts and call flows while maintaining a natural and engaging conversational style. Stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified appointments. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company. Adhere to all company policies and ethical sales practices. Provide feedback to the team leader on lead quality and call effectiveness. Prior experience in International Sales calling
