Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Follow up with inbound leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.
Handle objections and concerns from customers professionally and effectively.
Record customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate
in any discipline.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
Goal oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle objections and remain persistent under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive communicator in both
English and Hindi
, with excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
